About Us

Beytullah Aksoy is the Managing Director of Winmark, a subsidiary of İsra Holding, where he leads the company's strategic vision and operational execution across a premium retail real estate portfolio in the MENA region. He specializes in bridging global retail brands with emerging markets, overseeing large-scale management contracts, and structuring Real Estate Investment Funds (GYF) — driving Winmark's mission of turning properties into high-performing platforms and international brands into regional success stories.

Beytullah earned his degree in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University in 2008. He began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he built a strong foundation in brand growth and market expansion, before moving into real estate development in 2010.

Over the following years, Beytullah held progressively senior roles, leading cross-departmental teams and shaping growth and profitability strategies for real estate firms. During this period, he developed shopping malls across Turkey, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa.

With close to two decades of experience spanning brand management, sales strategy, and retail real estate, Beytullah brings a rare combination of market expansion, M&A, and commercial development expertise to Winmark's leadership team. He is fluent in English, German, and Russian, in addition to his native Turkish.

Gökşın Özyarın Karaşahin is the Leasing Director at Winmark, where she leads leasing strategy, brand development, and value-enhancement initiatives across the company's commercial real estate portfolio. Known for her deep leasing expertise and strong relationships with fast-growing retail brands across Turkey, she plays a central role in shaping tenant mix, driving occupancy, and positioning shopping centers for long-term commercial success.

She holds a degree in Communication from Istanbul Kültür University and completed graduate studies in Advertising, Public Relations, and Marketing at the same institution.

Gökşın began her career in 2012 at Turkmall Real Estate, where she took on roles of increasing responsibility in leasing and asset management, contributing to shopping center investments. In 2019, she joined MallMark, where she held senior leasing leadership responsibilities across major projects, overseeing leasing strategy, re-leasing, investor relations, and commercial development. Since joining Winmark in September 2024, she has been responsible for a leasable area of 740,000 m² valued at $1.6 billion, overseeing leasing operations, revenue optimization, commercial development, and performance management.

With extensive experience in concept development and a strong track record of understanding what drives the long-term success of shopping centers, Gökşın brings a forward-looking, results-driven approach to every project she leads at Winmark.

Kadir Cebeci is the Director of Management Operations at Winmark, where he leads the coordination of operations, technical management, leasing, and commercial processes across the company's shopping center portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience in shopping mall management, he brings particular strength in marketing — spanning brand positioning, shopmix strategy, PR and campaign management, and tenant relations — alongside a proven record of driving sustainable commercial performance and operational excellence.

He holds a degree in Journalism from Istanbul University's Faculty of Communication, together with graduate studies in International Economics and Communication Sciences from Marmara University, and doctoral studies in Finance and Banking at Kadir Has University.

Kadir began his career in journalism and media before moving into public relations and marketing communications. He then transitioned into shopping mall marketing and leasing, taking on roles of increasing responsibility across major İstanbul retail projects. He went on to serve as Mall Manager for several landmark shopping centers, overseeing full operational, technical, leasing, and marketing functions, before taking on portfolio-wide marketing coordination responsibilities across multiple properties simultaneously.

His marketing initiatives have earned industry recognition, including a finalist placement for Turkey's Best Marketing Project by the Shopping Center Investors Association, along with introducing several category-first retail concepts to the Turkish market — including the country's first in-mall organic market, antique market, and garage sale events — and helping Airport Outlet Center earn recognition as one of Turkey's top outlet centers.

With deep expertise spanning marketing, leasing, operations, and stakeholder management, Kadir brings a well-rounded, execution-focused approach to every shopping center he leads at Winmark.

Ömer Türköz is the Director of Technical Operations at Winmark, where he leads the technical management of the company's shopping center portfolio. A hands-on operator with command over every technical dimension of a shopping center — from mechanical and electrical infrastructure to fire and life safety systems, elevators and escalators, plumbing, generators, and security systems — he ensures Winmark's retail assets run safely, reliably, and efficiently at every level of operation.

Ömer began his career in 1998 as Technical Manager at Beylikdüzü Migros Shopping Center. In 2003, he joined the Türkiye office of ECE, the German shopping center company, where he went on to hold senior technical management roles for over two decades — leading technical operations at a succession of major shopping centers across İstanbul, and providing specialized technical support during the opening and growth phases of numerous other projects nationwide.

Ömer is known for adopting next-generation technology into shopping center operations, with particular strength in smart building systems and automation. He also brings a strong focus on sustainability, holding sustainability certifications and applying energy-efficient, environmentally responsible practices across the technical operations he manages — from building automation and energy management systems to maintenance planning, vendor management, and technical budget oversight.

His experience in crisis and disaster management is particularly strong: during Turkey's 2023 earthquake period, Ömer served on the disaster coordination team responsible for technical response and continuity planning across nine shopping centers in ECE's portfolio — a clear demonstration of his ability to lead under pressure and safeguard people and assets in emergency conditions.

With a career built entirely within shopping center environments and deep hands-on expertise across every technical system a retail asset depends on, Ömer ensures Winmark's shopping centers operate at the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and technological readiness.
